Nah, if anything Canadian music has gotten worse since the 90's. After all this country is responsible for producing such shit as Celine Dion, Simple Plan, Avril Lavigne, Nickelback, etc. etc. Honestly I can't think of one decent Canadian musician, and that's why I stopped paying attention to the radio stations here :D

What's wrong with my comment? It's true that her French accent is awful and the French parts of this song only sound pretentious. That's why I only like the beginning, and Canadian music does sound like ass for the most part (no offense)

I agree, her French sounds quite awkward and I don't understand why it was necessary. Oh well, the song isn't bad, it might be the only Canadian music I can stand.
