i find the closest to bieng a cyberpunk music genre is hardcore industrial metal, it has so much techno it bearly still is metal, the disstorded metal guitars would be a fundemental part of cyberpunk, becuase it's like darkness and chaos and shiti am anti-apple, but i got an ipod instead of a zune becuase of the stupid securaty against piriting, overiting OSes and it would take me a mounth to crack it up that much
