Hey, thanks for the thoughtful comment. But you're forgetting one thing. The Debtor doesn't owe the Debt Collector anything. What if collector started calling you about money you owed your parents? They obviously wouldn't have any business calling you about money you owed someone else.I like your style of debate. I like that you note the account and move on. But trust me your bosses are gonna ride your back until you become a Debt Terrorist. Become a Pre-Paid Legal Associate and help people

damn dude, i work at a collection agency and its insane for you to call me a terrorist, i call people and ask them to pay what they owe, and if they say no, i say "Ok" notate the account that they arent paying and move on, in no way am i a terrorist, i used to be a marine you arrogant f*** calling me a terrorist, u realize collectors are also in debt and recieve calls, but they need jobs too,

Get another job. I'm an Independent Associate with Pre-Paid Legal. I also teach people how to settle their debt for themselves. You can do the same thing and still feed your family. God Bless you. You don't have to be a Debt Terrorist.

Thanks. I do think it's a FRAUD! The business gets the write off and then sells it to the BOTTOM FEEDERS for pennies on the dollar. You make a good point! I've worked against hundreds of them. I know EXACTLY whom you refer too...LOL... They will work with you though...Great comment! ~ J.

Nice way to try and scare people. We provide "information" about our Rights as American Citizens - not advice.You failed to mention (as one whom claims to know) that the biggest reason why judgments are "leveled and enforced" is because people can not afford a Lawyer, or are intimidated and not aware of their Rights as "defaulted debtors". You also forget to inform people that in small claims court, there usually is a mediator before you meet the judge. Don't be scared - be prepared.
