Nothing from todays stadiums can match those days. Today most of the lower bowl tickets are sold to corporations so you don't get that same atmosphere as the late 80s and 90s. Yeah Golden State was live a couple of years ago in the playoffs but that is still nothing compared to Seattle during these days, Dallas (Reunion Arena) in the 80s was a mad house, Bulls in the Old Chicago Stadium in the early 90s, Jazz in the late 90s, Knicks throughout the 90s, and Charlotte in the 90s. Things changed...

"The Glove" & "The Reignman" are the best ever. Yeah Stockton to Malone and others were good point to power combos but not as electrifying. No player could stand up against Kemp and bring him down. Every game he was smooth as silk but when he was being held down and constantly fouled with no calls his emotions got the best of him and the refs would nail him. Shawn's passion was to win as a team player all the while entertaining his fans. He's a HOF Player!

Throw it down, Shawn Kemp! Throw it down! It reminds me of Dominique Wilkins with the power and hang time |
