That free kick at about 4:40 was against Leicester city the first day of the 1999/2000 premiership season. I was at that game & we were 2-1 down at the time. I have to say my heart was in me mouth! What class that was!!

took every free-kick,hundreds of them for 12 years with england yet never scored v a big country and ended up with a woeful record of 5 goals.Scored 1 in his entire last season at united which Ronaldo doubled in ONE match last week and scored about 2 in his entire career at real madrid.Overrated?Like just a bit.
