its possible to be done (the japanese have been building in sea for years) and if it was done in europe only dublin could afford it. since the european economies are kinda collapsing at the moment and with the influx of pols in dub i dont see it happening for a very long time

i read somewhere ages ago, that this was just a money-making scheme, group of people paid x amount of money for the vid and advertising, and made money from everyone one visiting their website which i assume was full of ads or something, but apparently they made profit of it anwyay
