Radio head are the genuine article. they make music for the sheer love of it and not to follow some verse-chorus-verse 'insert guitar lead here' bologna. they smell like the real thing. they play like the real thing. they bring me along willingly and I am happy to go with them at the helm. When will you see that music is a subjective joy? the man who likes garth brooks in his 1/2 tonne truck likely will not like the same thing as me walking round the lake in my adidas. what a bloody surprise?!?

i partly agree, they do stand out because there are so many shitty bands. but i think they are pretty awesome, and have been for over ten years. many bands can't do that anymore. they suck after one album.
